Grade 8.8 and 10.9 hex bolts are the most used structural and mechanical bolts in the region, and we hold one of the larger stocks in the UAE — M4 to M72, full and partial thread, black, zinc plated and hot-dip galvanized — with matching class 8 / 10 nuts and washers. Every lot is imported from approved mills and certified.
A hex bolt (hexagon head bolt) is tightened with a spanner or socket on its six-sided head. Property class 8.8 is medium-carbon steel, quenched and tempered to 800 MPa tensile and 640 MPa yield; class 10.9 is alloy steel at 1,040 MPa tensile and 940 MPa yield. ISO 4014 / DIN 931 bolts have a plain shank with partial thread for shear joints; ISO 4017 / DIN 933 are fully threaded for tapped holes and thin materials.

Bolts to ISO 4014 / ISO 4017 / DIN 931 / DIN 933 / DIN 6914 / BS 3692, property class 8.8 and 10.9 to ISO 898-1, threads ISO 965 6g coarse (fine on request), also available in UNC / UNF to ASME B18.2.1 Grade 5 / Grade 8. Nuts ISO 4032 class 8 / 10, washers ISO 7089 / DIN 125A. Finishes black, zinc plated (blue / yellow) to ISO 4042, hot-dip galvanized to ISO 10684 with nuts tapped oversize.
This item is imported from approved mills and held in stock in our Umm Al Quwain warehouse alongside the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture ourselves, so complete bolt sets ship from one source. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
