CNC Machining
CNC turning and milling to your drawing, produced through our partner facility.
Some parts cannot come from a catalogue: a stepped stud, a reducing adaptor, a bush with a particular bore, a replacement for something obsolete. These are turned and milled from solid to your drawing. The machining is produced through our partner facility, which lets us take on work from a single replacement part up to a production batch without holding machines idle between jobs.
What we use it for
- Special and non-standard fasteners
- Stepped studs, reducing bolts and adaptors
- Bushes, spacers, pins and shafts
- Flange, valve and pump components
- Replacement parts for obsolete equipment
- Fixtures, jigs and tooling parts
Applies to the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture, and to customer parts sent in for processing. Hex bolts, nuts, standard washers and other components are imported and supplied from stock.
