We manufacture stud bolts of every pattern — continuous thread, metal end (plain shank), tap end and reduced shank — from M5 up to M125 in our own plant. Bar is cut to length, thread-rolled to your split and stamped, and every batch is inspected in-house and independently tested before it leaves Umm Al Quwain.
A metal end stud has a plain (unthreaded) centre section with threads at each end, used where the shank passes through a clearance hole and only the ends need engagement. It is stronger in fatigue than a fully threaded stud and locates better in the hole. We also produce fully threaded studs, tap-end studs and waisted or reduced-shank studs for high-fatigue applications.
