ASTM F3125 Grade A325M is the standard high-strength structural bolt for steel-frame connections, and we stock it in Umm Al Quwain in black and hot-dip galvanized, as bolt-nut-washer assemblies from M12 to M36 and ½" to 1½". Every lot is imported from approved mills with rotational-capacity test reports where required.
In 2016 ASTM consolidated A325, A325M, A490, A490M, F1852 and F2280 into a single standard, ASTM F3125. Grade A325 is a heavy hex structural bolt of medium-carbon steel, quenched and tempered to 120 ksi minimum tensile (105 ksi over 1"). Type 1 is plain carbon steel; Type 3 is weathering steel. The short thread length keeps threads out of the shear plane, and the assembly is tightened by turn-of-nut, calibrated wrench or DTI to develop the full pretension.

Bolts to ASTM F3125 / F3125M Grade A325 / A325M Type 1, head and dimensions to ASME B18.2.6 / B18.2.6M, nuts to ASTM A563 Grade DH / 10S, washers to ASTM F436. Hot-dip galvanized to ASTM F2329 with lubricated nuts, or plain (black). Assemblies supplied as matched lots with rotational-capacity test certificates on request. Equivalent to EN 14399-3 (HR 8.8) for many projects.
This item is imported from approved mills and held in stock in our Umm Al Quwain warehouse alongside the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture ourselves, so complete bolt sets ship from one source. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
