Copper bolts, nuts and washers are used wherever the fastener must carry current or must not corrode in contact with copper conductors — earthing, busbars and battery terminals. We stock them in Umm Al Quwain from M6 to M24 in pure copper and copper alloy, plain or tin plated, as bolt-nut-washer sets.
Copper fasteners are made from electrolytic copper (C110 / Cu-ETP) or high-strength copper alloys such as silicon bronze and aluminium bronze. Pure copper has the highest conductivity and is used for earthing and busbar connections where galvanic corrosion with steel must be avoided; copper alloy bolts are stronger and used for marine and electrical hardware. All are non-magnetic and non-sparking.
Applications
- Earthing grids, earth bars and lightning protection
- Busbar and switchgear connections
- Battery banks, UPS and DC systems
- Transformer and generator terminals
- Marine and boat fittings (alloy grades)
- Chemical plant and non-sparking areas

This item is imported from approved mills and held in stock in our Umm Al Quwain warehouse alongside the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture ourselves, so complete bolt sets ship from one source. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
