We manufacture U bolts in our Umm Al Quwain plant by bending certified bar around a mandrel to your pipe diameter or centre distance, then rolling the thread on both legs. Sizes run from M6 to M64 in stainless steel, carbon steel and grade 8.8, supplied with nuts and washers.
A U bolt is a U-shaped bar threaded at both ends, used to clamp a pipe, tube or cable to a support or to anchor a base plate into concrete with two legs. Because the bend is formed around a mandrel, the inside width matches the pipe outside diameter exactly. We make round-bend U bolts for pipe, square-bend U bolts for channel and beam clamps, and long-leg foundation U bolts to drawing.

Standards, grades & finishes
Made to ISO / DIN dimensions or to your drawing, in SS304, SS316, carbon steel 4.6 and alloy steel 8.8. Thread metric coarse or UNC to ISO 68 / ASME B1.1. Finishes: self colour, hot-dip galvanized to ISO 1461, zinc plated or polished stainless. Supplied with two nuts and washers per bolt on request.
Anchor bolts, studs and plate washers are manufactured in our own ISO 9001:2015 plant in Emirates Modern Industrial Area, Umm Al Quwain, with calibrated in-house dimensional and thread inspection. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
