This is our general anchor bolt page: straight, L, J and headed foundation bolts from M12 to M100, manufactured in our Umm Al Quwain plant and supplied loose or as complete foundation sets with nuts, plate washers, anchor plates and setting templates. Anchor bolts are one of the three product lines we make ourselves, so drawing, bar, bending, threading, heat treatment and testing are all under one roof.
An anchor bolt (foundation bolt, holding-down bolt) transfers load from a steel structure or machine into its concrete foundation. Cast-in anchor bolts are set before the pour using a template; post-installed anchors are fixed later. We manufacture the cast-in type in every common configuration — straight rod with anchor plate, L-hook, J-hook, square-head and double-end — and supply them tagged per column so site installation is straightforward.

Standards, grades & finishes
Manufactured to ASTM F1554 Grade 36 / 55 / 105, ISO 898-1 class 4.6 / 8.8, BS 7419 (square-head holding-down bolts) or to your drawing. Materials S275JR, S355JR, EN8, EN19 and 42CrMo4 with mill certificates. Threads metric coarse or UNC. Finish self colour, hot-dip galvanized to ISO 1461 / ASTM F2329 or zinc plated. Test certificates to EN 10204 3.1 with every batch.
Anchor bolts, studs and plate washers are manufactured in our own ISO 9001:2015 plant in Emirates Modern Industrial Area, Umm Al Quwain, with calibrated in-house dimensional and thread inspection. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
