Our heavy-series L-type anchor bolts cover the large diameters used in industrial foundations — up to M125 — bent and threaded in our Umm Al Quwain plant. They are made to your foundation drawing in carbon or alloy steel and dimensionally inspected in-house and tested for tensile and hardness at accredited laboratories before dispatch.
The heavy series is the same 90°-hook anchor bolt as our standard L bolt, but produced in larger diameters and longer embedments for heavy structural steel, tank foundations and machine bases where higher pull-out capacity is required. Large-diameter bending is done hot to keep the bend radius and avoid cracking, and the thread is rolled after bending for full grain-flow strength.

Standards, grades & finishes
Manufactured to ASTM F1554 Grade 36 / 55 / 105, ISO 898-1 class 4.6 / 8.8 or DIN 529, in S355JR, EN19 or 42CrMo4 depending on grade. Threads to ISO 68 / ASME B1.1. Hot-dip galvanizing to ISO 1461 is available up to the full size range. Supplied with A563 / DIN 934 nuts and plate washers cut in-plant.
Anchor bolts, studs and plate washers are manufactured in our own ISO 9001:2015 plant in Emirates Modern Industrial Area, Umm Al Quwain, with calibrated in-house dimensional and thread inspection. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
