Socket head cap screws are the standard high-strength fastener for machinery, and we stock DIN 912 / ISO 4762 in Umm Al Quwain from M4 to M42 in 12.9, 10.9 and 8.8 plus stainless A2 / A4 — black oxide, zinc plated or plain — with Allen keys, washers and nuts to suit.
A socket head cap screw (Allen bolt) has a cylindrical head with a hexagon socket, driven with a hex key. The small head diameter allows close spacing and counterbored, flush installation; the 12.9 material gives the highest strength of any standard fastener (1,220 MPa tensile). Cap screws are used wherever compact, high-clamp-load fixings are needed — machine tools, hydraulics, dies and precision equipment.
Applications
- Machine tools, presses and automation
- Hydraulic manifolds, cylinders and pumps
- Moulds, dies and press tooling
- Gearboxes, couplings and bearing housings
- Robotics, conveyors and packaging machinery
- Engine, compressor and turbine assemblies

This item is imported from approved mills and held in stock in our Umm Al Quwain warehouse alongside the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture ourselves, so complete bolt sets ship from one source. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
