Pipe clamps hold pipes to walls, ceilings, strut channel and racks, and we stock the full range in Umm Al Quwain from ½" to 24" — EPDM rubber-lined clamps with M8 / M10 boss, heavy-duty two-bolt clamps, strut channel pipe clamps, saddle and U-bolt clamps — in zinc plated, hot-dip galvanized and stainless A2 / A4. Custom clamps are fabricated to drawing.
A pipe clamp is a two-piece steel band that closes around a pipe and fixes it to a support. Rubber-lined (EPDM) clamps isolate vibration and noise and are standard for building services; heavy-duty clamps with two bolts per side carry water-filled process lines; strut clamps snap into 41 mm channel; saddle clamps fix small pipes and conduits flat to a surface. Clamp size is chosen by pipe outside diameter, with the liner allowing for insulation where needed.
Applications
- Plumbing, chilled water and fire-fighting pipework
- HVAC refrigerant lines and condensate drains
- Process piping on racks and sleepers
