ASTM A193 B7 heavy hex bolts are stocked in our Umm Al Quwain warehouse from ½" to 1½" and M12 to M36, sourced from approved mills with full mill test certificates. They pair with the B7 studs we manufacture and with ASTM A194 2H nuts and F436 washers for complete flange and equipment bolting.
A B7 hex bolt is a heavy hex head bolt made from quenched-and-tempered chromium-molybdenum alloy steel (AISI 4140) to ASTM A193 Grade B7 — the same material as B7 studs, in a headed form. It is used where a stud is impractical: blind tapped holes, equipment feet, structural clips and anywhere the bolt must be inserted from one side. Minimum tensile strength is 125 ksi up to 2½" diameter.
Applications
- Pump and compressor casings with tapped holes
- Valve and actuator mounting
- Heat exchanger channel covers
- Pipe supports in hot service
- Pressure vessel nozzles and manways
- Refinery and gas plant equipment

This item is imported from approved mills and held in stock in our Umm Al Quwain warehouse alongside the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture ourselves, so complete bolt sets ship from one source. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
