ASTM A563 is the structural nut standard that pairs with F3125 (A325 / A490) and F1554 bolts, and we stock it in Umm Al Quwain from M10 to M72 and ½" to 3" in Grades A, DH and Class 10S, black and hot-dip galvanized with lubricant, as loose nuts or as part of matched bolt assemblies.
ASTM A563 (metric A563M) covers carbon and alloy steel nuts in several grades matched to bolt strength: Grade A (with A307 and F1554 Gr 36 bolts), Grade C / 8S (Gr 55), Grade DH / 10S (A325, A490 and F1554 Gr 105) and DH3 for weathering steel. Heavy hex nuts have a larger width across flats than finished hex nuts, giving more bearing area and thread engagement for structural and anchor bolts.

Nuts to ASTM A563 / A563M, heavy hex dimensions to ASME B18.2.2 / B18.2.4.6M, threads UNC Class 2B or metric 6H. Grades A, C, DH, DH3 and Classes 5, 8S, 10S. Galvanized nuts tapped oversize and lubricated (wax / dye) per ASTM A563 Supplementary S1. Proof load and hardness certified per lot; rotational capacity tests on assemblies on request.
This item is imported from approved mills and held in stock in our Umm Al Quwain warehouse alongside the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture ourselves, so complete bolt sets ship from one source. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
