Bonded washers seal every roofing and cladding screw against rain and dust, and we stock them in Umm Al Quwain in 16, 19 and 22 mm diameters for 5.5 mm and 6.3 mm screws, with galvanized steel or stainless A2 caps and EPDM rubber vulcanised to the cap.
An EPDM bonded washer is a metal cup washer with an EPDM rubber seal permanently bonded to its underside. When the roofing screw is driven the rubber compresses and spreads slightly beyond the cap, sealing the screw hole while the metal cap prevents over-compression and UV degradation. EPDM keeps its elasticity from −40 °C to +120 °C and resists ozone and the Gulf sun for the life of the roof.

Washers 16, 19, 22 and 25 mm outside diameter for 4.8 / 5.5 / 6.3 mm screws, cap in galvanized steel (Z275) or stainless A2 / A4, EPDM 3 mm bonded, 60–70 Shore A, temperature −40 to +120 °C. Supplied loose or pre-assembled on our self-drilling roofing screws. Colour-matched painted caps to order.
This item is imported from approved mills and held in stock in our Umm Al Quwain warehouse alongside the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture ourselves, so complete bolt sets ship from one source. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
