DIN 125A flat washers are stocked in every size and finish in Umm Al Quwain — M2 to M64 and imperial — in mild steel 140 HV, hardened 200 HV, stainless A2 / A4, zinc plated, hot-dip galvanized and plain, plus DIN 9021 large-diameter and DIN 7349 thick washers.
A flat washer spreads the load of a bolt head or nut over a larger area, protects the surface and gives a smooth bearing face for tightening. DIN 125A (ISO 7089) is the standard medium-series washer with chamfer on one side; DIN 126 / ISO 7091 is the coarse (product grade C) version with larger hole; DIN 9021 / ISO 7093 is the large (penny / mudguard) washer for soft materials and oversized holes; DIN 7349 is the thick washer for high loads.
