F436 washers are the hardened washers required under the turned element of every A325 / A490 structural assembly and under anchor bolt nuts, and we stock them in Umm Al Quwain from M10 to M72 and ½" to 3", plain and hot-dip galvanized, loose or as part of matched bolt assemblies.
ASTM F436 covers hardened steel washers (38–45 HRC) for use with high-strength structural bolts. The hardened face prevents galling and distributes the high clamping force of pretensioned bolts without embedding into the steel. Type 1 is carbon steel; Type 3 is weathering steel for A325 / A490 Type 3 bolts. Beveled (square taper) and extra-thick / clipped variants are covered by the same standard.

Washers to ASTM F436 / F436M Type 1 (Type 3 to order), through-hardened 38–45 HRC, dimensions circular, beveled or clipped, plain or hot-dip galvanized to ASTM F2329 / A153. Equivalent to EN 14399-5 / -6 for many specifications. Hardness certified per lot.
This item is imported from approved mills and held in stock in our Umm Al Quwain warehouse alongside the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture ourselves, so complete bolt sets ship from one source. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
