Welding & Fabrication
MIG, TIG and arc welding, plus dedicated stud welding for shear connectors. Fabrication to your drawing.
We weld and fabricate in our own plant. MIG for speed on thicker sections, TIG where the weld has to be clean and controlled, arc where site conditions or material call for it. For shear connectors we use dedicated stud welding equipment rather than a general-purpose set, because a drawn-arc stud weld has to fuse the full cross-section in a fraction of a second and cannot be done properly any other way.

Applies to the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture, and to customer parts sent in for processing. Hex bolts, nuts, standard washers and other components are imported and supplied from stock.
