Six capabilities under one roof take a fastener from raw bar to tested, traceable product — and let us make the specials that traders simply cannot supply.
Forging
Hot forging of bolt heads and custom forms, from bar stock to finished blank. This is the starting point for hex bolts, anchor bolts and engineered specials — and the reason we can quote shapes a stockist would refuse.
Bending
Bar bending for L, J and U anchor geometries and bespoke foundation sets — bent to your drawing and matched with plates, nuts and washers as complete assemblies ready for the pour.
Heat Treatment
Quench and temper to grade, with hardness verified at accredited laboratories — the difference between a bolt that is marked 8.8 and one that actually performs like it under load.
Welding
Plate welding, connector welding and shear-stud work for structural and composite-deck packages — supplied welded up and ready to install.
Fabrication
A dedicated fabrication division for customized design and alterations, for anchor bolt, stud and plate washer work to customer drawing.
CNC Machining
Turned and machined parts produced to customer drawing — one-offs, small batches and repeat production runs.

Material
Raw material drawn from EU, China, India and Far East mills, with certificates.
Production
Forged, bent, threaded, heat treated, welded or machined as the item requires.
Testing
Hardness, tensile, surface and thread control before anything is packed.
Dispatch
Marked, packed and shipped across the GCC, MENA and Africa with test reports.

Dowel Bar & Basket
Dowel bars and welded baskets for concrete pavement joints, made and assembled in-plant.
Xylan (PTFE) Studs
PTFE-coated studs, bolts and fasteners for oil & gas and corrosive service.
Galvanizing & Zinc
Corrosion protection to suit the environment — self colour, zinc plated or hot-dip galvanized.
