Round bar is the raw material for the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture, so we hold it in Umm Al Quwain in the fastener grades — S275JR, S355JR, EN8D, EN19, 42CrMo4 (B7), A36 and stainless — from 8 to 125 mm diameter, and cut it to length for customers who machine or fabricate their own components.
Steel round bar for fastener production is bright drawn or hot rolled bar with certified chemistry and mechanical properties, so that the finished bolt meets its property class. S275JR / A36 give class 4.6, EN8D (C45) class 5.8–8.8, EN19 / 42CrMo4 class 8.8–10.9 and ASTM A193 B7 after heat treatment, and 40Cr class 8.8. Stainless 304 / 316 bar makes A2 / A4 and B8 / B8M fasteners. We supply bar in 6 m lengths or cut to your length, with full mill test certificates.

Ultrasonic testing and heat-treatment certificates on request.
This item is imported from approved mills and held in stock in our Umm Al Quwain warehouse alongside the anchor bolts, studs and plate washers we manufacture ourselves, so complete bolt sets ship from one source. Tensile, hardness and chemical testing is carried out by independent UAE-accredited laboratories, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued with every batch. We supply across the GCC, MENA and Africa.
